Mizu Code is currently in an Alpha development state. By using this software, you acknowledge that it is incomplete, contains bugs, and may lack features present in stable IDEs. The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
Unless otherwise stated in specific sub-modules, Mizu Code is distributed under the MIT License. You are free to view, modify, and distribute the source code, provided the original copyright notice and permission notice are included.
Mizu Code does not integrate generative AI models, predictive autocomplete features powered by remote servers, or "Copilot" style assistants. We do not transmit your code to third-party AI providers.
The Mizu Code Project and its contributors shall not be held liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or project delays resulting from the use of this Alpha software.
We believe in absolute privacy.
All project data, configurations, and code remain on your local machine. Mizu Code does not have a "Cloud Sync" feature that uploads your source code to our servers.
If you use integrated tools (e.g., Git, compilers, debuggers), those tools may have their own privacy policies. Mizu Code does not control how external CLI tools handle data.
As the project moves from Alpha to Beta, we may introduce update-check features. These will always be opt-in and fully transparent.
